Ergosolutions offers a wide range of equipment for adapting homes to the new needs that arise with age or the onset of a disability. In the course of our research, we visited a test flat designed by Néolia, a subsidiary of the ActionLogement Group: the "Logement Labo", located in Montbéliard.

This pilot flat has been designed to meet all the needs of people who are losing their independence or who have a disability.

Making it easier to get around:

- Help getting up and down steps.

- Even before entering the home, a grab bar is available to help people get up and down the stairs.

- The bar unfolds on demand and folds away after use.

Securing your home :

- Electronic peephole: no need to position your eye in front of a peephole. Now, at the touch of a button, you can see on the screen what's happening on the other side of the door.

- Water leak detector Abnormal consumption or water on the floor: the detector stops the water immediately. This system, in the form of a box, can be installed in a kitchen or bathroom.

Simplifying everyday life :

- Easy door closure The door closes with a simple push: practical for people who are convalescent or elderly and have less strength. - Socket removal aid There's no need to pull the plug with force: simply push down from the top and the plug comes out.

Improving comfort and adapting furniture:

- Kitchen with manual height adjustment
Depending on the user's situation (height, disability...), the kitchen can be set at the right height.

- Smart shower
A light colours the water red or blue to indicate the temperature level and prevent scalding. The shower handle also has a scale indicator.

- Washbasin with electric height adjustment Using an electric control, the washbasin can be raised or lowered, making it easier for a wheelchair, for example.
- Electric height-adjustable toilet and Japanese hand shower To make sitting and lifting easier, the toilet can be raised and lowered.
