What our customers have to say about the kitchen workshop :

Mrs Madera, Paediatrics Department, Jossigny Hospital, Marne la ValléePAEDIATRICS DEPARTMENT AT THE JOSSIGNY HOSPITAL IN MARNE LA VALLÉE, FRANCE
"The kitchen is all installed and we really like it. The whole team is really pleased, and the colours are really appealing. We feel like our kitchen has been enlarged with such bright colours. We're very happy with the work done by the technician who installed the kitchen. He was very attentive to our needs and came back during the installation to look at the small details. The whole kitchen is clean, the site was very well cleaned and we think it's a high quality job. If we wanted to add anything, we would come back to Ergosolutions with a great deal of confidence. Thank you again for your service!"
Olivier Aballain"COOKING THERAPY
Here, the kitchen is the treatment. The paediatric unit of Lille's Jeanne-de-Flandres University Hospital has inaugurated a therapeutic kitchen dedicated to young patients and their families. [Built by Ergosolutions], this facility was eagerly awaited by families, for whom meals are not often a source of well-being. Feeling less isolated "The presence of carers is reassuring. You can cook without fear of doing something wrong," says Akima Ben Choubane. In the middle of a pancake party, this mother of two children suffering from leucinosis (the inability to digest proteins) is over the moon. Her eldest child Amine, aged 14, is churning out the little pancakes that her youngest, Akima (aged 8), is feasting on. Our children often dread meals," explains Cécile Leclercq, mum of little Célestine, who has an oesophageal malformation. I love seeing my daughter in the kitchen, and I hope it will give her the pleasure of eating. The work surfaces are height-adjustable, so everyone can cook. But that's not all. For Aline Dernis, dietician at Jeanne-de-Flandres, this kitchen "is also a time for sharing". Workshops will help the families of children suffering from rare diseases to feel less isolated. Exchanging a recipe for low-protein couscous, giving each other practical tips, sharing news of the associations to which they all belong..." I'm sure I'll be talking about Lille in our newsletter. I'll certainly be talking about Lille in our association, to put pressure on the other hospitals in France", says Akima Ben Choubane. For the time being, the Lille initiative is unique, not least because the nursing staff were also keen to get involved. "Each in their own corner, initiatives of this type were emerging in the departments. That's why it happened so quickly," explains paediatrician Pr Frédéric Gottrand.
